Calculator form Turkey’s National Electronic Notification System. The clock starts from the UETS «reached» date — not sent or read. TK 7/a: deemed received 5 calendar days after reaching the address, whether or not opened. HMK 92: the day of notification does not count; the period starts the next day. HMK 93: if the last day lands on a weekend or full public/religious holiday, it moves to the next business day. A half-day eve (arife) does not shift.
