Is this the official TCMB site?
No. The source is the TCMB daily bulletin; this page packages a range in one call. For legal / accounting decisions, the original bulletin URL is in the API evidence field.
Why are weekends empty?
TCMB does not publish on closed days. Default lists real publication days. For one row per calendar day, enable gap fill — values are carried, not invented.
